C - NETTOYAGE INTERNE DE LA POMPE
Cette opération doit être exécutée régulièrement toutes les 1
000 heures de travail ou, en cas de pertes de performances,
pour vérifier l'état et/ou pour effectuer le remplacement de
la roue.
Pour l'ouverture et le nettoyage de la pompe, agir comme suit :
C1 Effectuer le démontage d'éventuels coudes et/ou vannes
manuelles du tuyau de refoulement de la pompe.
C2 Retirer les vis et l'enveloppe externe du corps de pompe.
PULIZIA INTERNA
DELLA POMPA
C3 Nettoyer la roue et/ou, si endommagée, la remplacer par
une pièce d'origine.
REMARQUE : les pompes ayant une grandeur jusqu'à
IM140 sont dotées d'un joint torique à l'intérieur de
l'orifice de la roue.
Les pompes ayant une grandeur de IM150, IM 155 à IM160
sont dotées d'une rondelle en téflon en butée à la bague en
céramique derrière la roue.
