2.9 INVERSION OF THE DOOR OPENING (ST 60)
In ST 60 thermal cooker, the fire door opens
from left to right but it is possible to invert
the opening way; so becomes easier the use

the first installation, anyway you can also
make this in a second time. These operations
must be done when the thermal cooker is
cold.
To invert the door opening, you have to use
the following tools: star screwdriver, hex key
n.6, tubular box wrench n.7, pliers.
This is the proceeding:
1) remove the wood box
2) move the spring device which is on the
superior wall in the wood room from the
right to the left part. To make this you have
to remove and keep apart the screw which
fix the device to the door: then remove the
other two screws, replace the device on the

We suggest to make this operation during
right and fix to the structure. The connec-
tion of the device to the door has to be
made in the end (picture 14).
3) Remove the two steel thorns that works
as pins paying attention not to make the
door fall. This operation must be done from
the inside with the door open: you can help
yourself using the screwdriver or the pliers.
Now, the door is separated from the thermal
cooker (picture 15).
4) Move the hinges fixed to the structure us-
ing the star screwdriver to remove and put
again the fixing screws. Pay attention to
place the hinges in the correct way (picture
16);
