USPENSIONS DE BOGIE AVEC BRIDES D
Après le 1er voyage en charge, et avant chaque cam-
pagne ou tous les 6 mois :
- Contrôler et serrer au couple tous les écrous de brides
(brides d'articulations centrales
Utiliser la méthode du serrage en « diagonale ».
- Dans le cas ou le bogie est fixé au châssis à l'aide de
boulons, contrôler le serrage de ces boulons.
- Graisser l'articulation centrale du bogie.
Dans le cas de conditions de travail difficiles ou intensives
il conviendra d'augmenter la fréquence de ces interven-
tions en conséquence.
• Tous les ans
- Vérifier le jeu entre les bagues
centrale , en cas de jeu excessif remplacer les pièces

usagées.
- Contrôler l'état général des ressorts
nettoyer parfaitement les ressorts et brosser le champ
des lames afin de pouvoir détecter d'éventuelles fissures.
- Si un jeu est perceptible dans la liaison entre le ressort et
l'essieu contrôler l'ensemble bridage
(état de la plaque caoutchouc, boîtier et plaque de
bridage, plot de centrage).

OGIE SUSPENSIONS WITH CENTRAL ARTICULATION CLAMPS
After the 1st run under load, and before every season or
every 6 months:
- Check and tighten all clamp nuts (central articulation
clamps and axle clamps) to the correct torque. Use

the «diagonal» tightening method.
- If the bogie is attached to the chassis with bolts, check
the tightening of these bolts.
- Lubricate the central articulation of the bogie.
In the case of heavy or intensive working conditions, it is
advisable to increase the frequency of these checks and
maintenance activities.
• Every year
- Check the play between the rings
articulation pin , and, if there is excessive play, replace

the worn parts.
- Check the general condition of the springs
clean them thoroughly and brush the edges of the leaves
in order to identify any cracks.
- If you detect any play in the connection between the
spring and the axle, check the clamp assembly
(state of the rubber plate, tooling box and plate, central
stud).

Au remontage, serrer les écrous de brides au couple pres-
crit selon la méthode en diagonale.
When reassembling, tighten the clamp nuts to the
prescribed torque based on the diagonal method.
