MONTAGE :
Le châssis étant ouvert et placé sur deux supports, repérer les emplacements
et monter les différents ensembles (blocs roue, boîtes de distances,
éléments,...) en se référant exactement au plan qui correspond au semoir à
monter.
Pour des semoirs 9 rangs à 50-60cm ou 13 rangs à 55cm, positionner un
rang au milieu et décaler la boîte de distances vers la droite. Deux supports
spéciaux [1] (fig. A) seront à prévoit pour avancer la turbine.
ATTENTION : Surtout pour les trémies de fertiliseurs et Microsem, ces
plans doivent être respectés afin d'éviter les accrochages au repliage.
Des conseils particuliers à chaque modèle peuvent figurer sur ces plans.
- Sur 8 rangs à 75 et 80cm, les deux boîtes de distances (fig. B) des parties
repliables se montent sur l'extrémité intérieure avec un palier d'axe [2].

- Dans tous les autres cas, les boîtes de distances latérales se montent entre
les éléments (voir plan de montage).
- Les tuyaux d'aspiration des parties repliables ainsi que les flexibles de
rayonneurs doivent passer par les guides [3] (fig. C).

- Un palier spécial [5] (fig. D) est prévu pour l'entraînement du fertiliseur
latéral avec pignonnerie à gauche du fertiliseur (le pignon étag& n'est pas
suffisamment soutenu). Dans les autres cas, le palier [4] (fig. D et E) est
standard.
- Fertiliseur, enfouisseurs à disques : sur la partie centrale du semoir, 4
double-disques spéciaux sont à fixer sur la barre porte-outils (fig. F), à demi
avec les brides en U et les boulons d'éléments (voit plans). Les double-
disques avec ressort à lame [6 et 7] (fig. G) se montent normalement sur les
barres latérales porte-outils mais il est parfois nécessaire de les monter sur
les barres avant chapes inversées [6] (fig. G).
Contrôler au repliage que les disques [6] et [7] ne viennent pas se toucher.
- Fertiliseur, enfouisseurs à socs : se montent normalement sur la barre
porte-outils mais il est parfois nécessaire de les monter sur les barres avants
chapes inversées [8] (fig. H). Se référer au plan qui correspond au semoir à
monter. Contrôler au repliage que les socs [8] et [9] ne viennent pas se
toucher.
-Microsem insecticide : 1 seul modèle de support haut sur les 3 parties du
châssis, avec 1 entraînement pour chaque partie du semoir.
ASSEMBLY:
With the frame open and placed on the two supports, mark the positions
and assemble the various units (drive wheel blocks, gear boxes, parts etc.),
closely following the plan that corresponds to the seeder to be assembled.
For seeders with 9 rows at 56-60cm to 11 rows at 55cm, position the row in
the centre and move the gear box to the right. Two special supports [1] (fig.
A) will be provided in order to mount the turbofan.
CAREFUL: These plans must be adhered to in order to avoid problems
during folding, especially for fertilizer and Microsem hoppers.
There may be particular instructions relating to each model in these plans.
- On 8 rows at 75 to 80cm, the two gear boxes (fig. B) of the folding wings
are mounted on the inner end with a support bearing [2].
- On 8 rows at 75 to 70 cm, the two gear boxes (fig. B) of the folding wings

are mounted on the outside end with a support bearing [2].
- In all other cases, lateral gear boxes are mounted between the wings (see
assembly plan).
-The suction hoses in the folding and flexible parts of the row markers
should pass through the guide parts [3] (fig. C).
- A special bearing [5] (fig. D) is provided for the lateral fertiliser drive
when the gearing is on the left of the fertiliser (the cluster gear is not
adequately supported). In other cases, the bearing [4] (fig. D and E) is
standard.
- Fertiliser, disc unit: on the central section of the seeder, 4 special double
discs are attached to the tool bar (fig. F), halfway along with the U shaped
clamps and bolts (see plans). The double discs with leaf spring [6 and 7]
(fig. G) are mounted normally on the lateral toolbars. However, it is
sometimes necessary to mount them on the bars, inverted clips [6] (fig. G.)
When folding, check that discs [6] and [7] do not touch.
- Fertiliser, shoe unit: is assembled normally on toolbar. However,
sometimes it is necessary to mount them on the bars with folding clips [8]
(fig. H). Consult the plan that corresponds to the seeder being assembled.
When folding, check that shoes [8] and [9] do not touch.
- Microsem insecticide: 1 high support model on the three sections of the
frame, with 1 drive for each part of the seeder.
