MONTAGE :
Le châssis étant ouvert et placé sur deux supports, repérer les emplacements
et monter les différents ensembles (blocs roue, boîtes de distances,
éléments, ...) en se référant exactement au plan qui correspond au semoir à
monter.
ATTENTION : Surtout pour les trémies de Microsem, ces plans doivent
être respectés afin d'éviter les accrochages au repliage.
Des conseils particuliers à chaque modèle peuvent figurer sur ces plans : en
tenir compte.
- les 2 supports turbine NC [1] se montent suivant fig. A
- les tuyaux d'aspiration des parties repliables ainsi que les flexibles
de rayonneurs doivent passer par des guides [2] (fig. B).
- la rampe insecticide Microsem se présente en 3 parties
indépendantes avec 6 supports bas pour le MECA V4 et 2 supports
bas plus 4 supports hauts pour le NC.
- 2 paliers supplémentaires [3] (fig. C) sont à monter avec le MECA
V4 équipé d'une rampe Microsem.
- ne pas oublier les 2 ressorts compensateurs [4] (fig. D).
- Les effaceurs de traces de roue de tracteur se montent suivant fig. E.
- Les équipements habituels aux MECA V4 et NC sont adaptables, sauf les
fertiliseurs.
- Il est possible de déporter l'attelage d'un demi-inter-rang pour utiliser un
tracteur à voie étroite de 1.5 m (fig. F). Une tête 3
[5] doit alors être adaptée. Pour voie de tracteur normale, l'attelage est
centré.
ASSEMBLY:
With the frame open and placed on the two supports, trace the sites and
assemble the various units (drive wheel blocks, gear boxes, parts etc.),
closely following the plan that corresponds to the seeder to be assembled.
CAREFUL: these plans must be adhered to in order to avoid problems
when folding, especially for fertilizer and Microsem hoppers.
There may be particular instructions relating to each model in these plans.
Please take note.
- The 2 turbofan support brackets [1] are assembled according to fig.
A
- The suction hoses in the folding and flexible parts of the row
markers should pass through the guide parts [2] (fig. B).
- The Microsem insecticide attachment is in 3 independent parts with
6 lower brackets for MECA V4 and 2 lower brackets plus 4 upper brackets
for the NC.
- 2 additional bearings [3] (fig. C) are to be assembled with the
MECA V4 fitted with a Microsem attachment.
- Do not forget the 2 complementary springs [4] (fig. D).
- The track eliminators for the tractor wheels are assembled according to
fig. E.
- The normal equipment for MECA V4 and NC is adaptable, with the
exception of the fertilisers.
- It is possible to off-set the hitch by a half row in order to use a tractor with
a narrow 1.5m tread (fig. F). An additional 3
provided. For a normal tractor tread, the hitch is centred.
