6.7.- Unpackaging and Installing
Autoclave is supported with a wooden pallet and is inclosed in a corrugated board, inserted on
the top of the machine.
The packaging is tied with two plastic straps to the pallet.
To unpackage the autoclave first cut the straps, than remove the board with a vertical
movement.
Two persons are required to lift the machine, as its weight is 60 Kg.
Take care to the following notes:
• Install the autoclave only in rooms in which only authorized personnel is admitted
• The autoclaves do not have to be installed in places to risk upgrade them of outbreak
and/or fire
• Autoclave room needs a good lightening
• Autoclave room needs a good ventilation
• Horizontal support plane load up to 70 Kg
• A 50 mm gap between the autoclave and the wall is needed
• Avoid the presence of water sprays towards the cover of the autoclave
• Do not put anything on the cover
• Do not install the machine near heat sources
• Avoid bending mains cable
• Take care that waste water tank level be at least 100 mm below machine bottom
• Take care that a.c. power supply be in compliance with safety rules.
• Take care that a.c. power supply be 230 V 2000 VA
• Do not insert mains connector through adapters

WARNING: The autoclave can work only with the deionizer supplied as accessory; on this
matter, read the user's manual of the deionizer.
