Gli strumenti imbustati devono essere posti nei trays, con la parte di plastica rivolta verso il basso e ovviamente la parte in carta verso l’alto. Questo per facilitare la fuoriuscita delle bolle d’aria durante la sterilizzazione e delle gocce di vapore condensato durante l’asciugatura, come specificato nel PAR.7.

PERICOLO DI SCOTTATURA PER LA FUORIUSCITA DI VAPORE. 20. All’apertura del portello è normale che rimanga acqua residua all’ interno della guarnizione portello. 21. Se la camera di sterilizzazione non è aperta subito dopo la fine del ciclo di sterilizzazione, il vapore interno tende a condensare sul portello di chiusura, formando gocce di condensa che cadono all’apertura. -

PAR. 13 NIGHT CYCLE The autoclave is programmed by the factory to stop heating after 60 inactivity minutes (STAND BY). So it is possible to carry out sterilisation cycles even in the absence of the operator, because once the cycle has been ended after 60 minutes, the autoclave is automatically switched off. -

PAR. 12 PUESTA EN FUNCIONAMIENTO Y PREPARACION PARA LA ESTERILIZACION 1. Efectuadas las operaciones de instalación, como descrito en el PAR.6, la autoclave está lista para ser utilizada. Observar las instrucciones a continuación. 2. Encender la autoclave oprimiendo el interruptor general. La autoclave empezará un ciclo de precalentamiento aproximadamente a 80°C. -
