The maximum load for not porous parts is:
• 0.75 Kg ( packed cycles ) or 1.00 Kg ( unpacked cycles )
for the trays with size 184 x 17 x 286 mm
• 0.35 Kg ( packed cycles ) or 0.50 Kg (unpacked cycles )
for the trays with size 184 x 17 x 140 mm
If you trays don't match the size above then the maximum load is:
• 0.75 Kg + 0.35 Kg = 1.10 Kg ( packed cycles ); 1.00 Kg + 0.50 Kg ( unpacked cycles )
for the trays with size 184 x 17 x 460 mm
4.2.- Switching ON
• Switch ON the pushbutton MAINS on the right side of the autoclave.
• Click the pushbutton labelled
You may choose the sterilization program among the ones labelled on the frontal panel.
One clicking makes a step to change one program into the successive.
• The words OPEN THE DOOR are displayed. Open the door.
• 5" after the door is opened, two "beep" warn that atmospheric pressure compensation
is acquired . DOOR OPEN is displayed.
• Shut the door. DOOR CLOSED is displayed.
• Click the pushbutton labelled
LOCKED DOOR is displayed and the chosen cycle is started.
4.3.- Terminating a Program
A running program may be interrupted clicking the pushbutton labelled
and keeping it pushed 2 seconds.
Wait till displayed pressure is 0 bar.
An error message A001 ( cycle interrupted) is displayed.
To reset error keep clicked together the below noted pushbuttons for 10 seconds:
