Warmig up time and vacuum fractionation can vary, because of autoclave's conditions,
between 25 and 30 minutes. You have to an this time to sterilization's times showed in table

4 Operation
4.1.- Loading the Unit
A correct loading is very important to achieve a perfect sterilization, and the following
operations are suggested.
4.1.1.- Disinfecting
A disinfecting tank may be used; fill the tank at the half volume level with disinfecting solution,
than insert trays and shut.
Manipulate contaminated instruments only using pliers.
A 30 minutes time is normally used to achieve a good disinfecting.
4.1.2.- Cleaning
An Ultrasonic Cleaning is recommended, because it is very useful to remove organic pollution
and up to 90% of microbiological contamination.
Be sure that all instruments are fully below the liquid level.
Do not pile up the instruments to avoid damage due to rubbing.
After cleaning a drying process is normally used.
4.1.3.- Wrapping
Wrapping is obtained using a Thermosealing Unit, following its Operation Manual.
Be sure that a complete sealing is reached in all items.
4.1.4.- Loading
It is very important that steam may enter into all instruments in order to obtain there
sterilization.
Place the instruments over the trays and avoid to overlap its.
