6.2.2. Programming the working time and setting the impact force in the slowing zone
For programming, use the PROG and LAVORO
buttons of the control unit.
[1]. Press the PROG button.
The DL10 LED will flash to indicate that the
control unit is in programming mode.
[2]. Press the LAVORO button.
The gate will close at a high speed then will
slow down.
[3]. During the slow closing phase, turn the REG
potentiometer to set the impact force of the
gate in the slowing phase:
- towards - to decrease the impact force,
- towards + to increase the impact force.
[4]. Once the gate is closed (FCC LED off),
return the REG potentiometer to between +
and -.
[5]. Press the LAVORO button.
The gate will open.
[6]. Before opening is complete (approx 50 cm
before the end stop), press the LAVORO
button to define the required start point for
slowing.
Note: skip this step to exclude slowing from
normal operation.
[7]. At the end of the opening phase, the working
cycle and the slowing phase (if used) are
programmed. After a few seconds, the gate
will close using the programmed slowing.
At the end of the closing phase, the control
unit automatically exits the programming
mode.
In case one or more parameters are being modified, it is necessary to resume programming of the working time
and setting the impact force.
In case of an error during programming, it is necessary to begin programming again, deleting the previous programming.
To exit from incorrect programming, switch the control unit off and on again.
6.2.3. setting the maximum torque in the normal speed zone
[1]. Set the REG potentiometer to between + and -.
[2]. Initiate an opening command with a
memorised remote control.
[3]. When the gate is opening, turn the REG
potentiometer to set the maximum torque at
normal speed:
- towards + to increase the torque,
- towards - to decrease the torque.
this setting can be readjusted during the
normal operation of the motor.
