5.1. General wiring diagram

It is the installer's responsibility to ensure that the automatic installation
and its operation are compliant with the standards in force.
Prior to operate the motorization it is mandatory to install the safety devices required
by EN12453 standard, i.e photocells and self-tested active safety edge (e.g Bircher
Reglomat sensitive edge type ELE040/080A0J0 + control type ESA 25).
After installing the safety edge, it is necessary to perform a force measurement with
a measurement tool compliant with the requirement of section 5.1.1 of EN12445
standard.
No movement is possible before wiring of these safety devices.

With dip1 SW2 ON: photoelectric cell input active when open and closed (NC switch)
Stop control input (NC switch). Pressing this control blocks operation of the motors.
Pressing it during the pause time with the gate open cancels automatic closing.
Pedestrian open control input (NO switch) controls the opening of the gate by
approximately 1 m and closing in step by step mode.

mode.
