thE GatE
In case there is no electrical supply the gate can be manually operated by disengaging the motor.
disengaging the motor
[1]. Insert the disengaging key in the cylinder located on the
front of the motor unit.
[2]. Turn the key half a turn to the left.
[3]. Push the disengagement cover with force until the click.
The gate must not press against the mechanical end stops otherwise the force needed for disengaging can
cause the cover to break.
Engaging the motor
Note: before engaging the motor, we recommend manually
opening or closing the gate completely in order to ensure
correct operation when the power supply is restored.
[1]. Manually lock the motor by closing the disengagement
cover and by removing the key from the cylinder.
[2]. Manually move the gate a few centimetres open and
closed until the stop pinion locks.

diaGNostiCs
the motor does not start
• Check the motor power supply.
• The remote control indicator light remains off; the battery is flat, replace it.
• Check that the motor has not been disengaged; reengage it.
• Check that the photoelectric cells are neither obstructed nor dirty.
• This type of motor is unsuitable for intensive use. The thermal protection may have activated.
If the problem cannot be fixed, please contact the motorisation installer.
Change the remote control batteries (3v Cr 2430 battery)
