4.3.2. Positioning of the motor

[1]. Position the motor on the base plate, passing the threaded
part of the studs through the slots in the base.
[2]. Position the washers on the studs and screw the 2 nuts
without tightening them completely. They will only be
tightened after the rack is installed.
[3]. Screw the 4 screws into the housings indicated in the
diagram opposite.
[4]. Level the motor using the screws.

4.4. disengaging the motor

[1]. Insert the disengaging key in the cylinder located on the
front of the motor unit.
[2]. Turn the key half a turn to the left.
[3]. Push the disengagement cover with force until the click.

4.5. installing the rack

Use a metal rack (ref. 9011069).
[1]. Screw or weld a metal rack over the entire length of the
gate, observing a height of 75 mm between the base of
the rack and the ground.
[2]. Set the rack on the vertical plane to ensure a clearance of
approximately 2 mm all along the length of the gate.
This setting is important to prevent premature wear of the
pinion and rack; the pinion must not be supporting the
weight of the gate.
Check that the pinion engages in the rack over the
whole width of the tooth.
