Connect the wires to the terminal strip according
to the connection diagram.
• Contact:
• Terminal: 33 and 34
• Closed: High water alarm
• Open: No high water alarm
NOTICE
• No external voltage may be applied!
• We recommend flood control always be provid-
ed as additional fuse protection for the unit.
6.4.9. Remote activation connection (External OFF) of
all pumps (Fig. 4)
Remote deactivation of all pumps can be realised
through a potential-free contact. This function
overrides all other switching points and all pumps
are switched off. The terminals are fitted with a
converter bridge in the factory.
Insert the cable laid on-site through the threaded
cable connection and secure it.
Remove the converter bridge and connect the
wires to the terminal strip according to the con-
nection diagram.
• Contact:
• Terminals: 21 and 22
• Closed: Pumps enabled
• Open: All pumps off - signal via an icon on the
display
NOTE
No external voltage may be applied!
6.4.10. Connection of level actual value display (Fig. 4)
A 0 – 10 V signal is available for external meas-
urement / display of the actual level value via
terminals 41 and 42. With this 0 V is the level
sensor value "0" and 10 V the level sensor final
value.
Example:
• Level sensor 2.5 m
• Display range: 0...2.5 m
• Setting: 1 V = 0.25 m
Insert the cable laid on-site through the threaded
cable connection and secure it.
Connect the wires to the terminal strip according
to the connection diagram.
NOTICE
• No external voltage may be applied!
• To be able to use the function, the value "Level"
or "Bell" must be set in menu 5.07.
6.4.11. Collective run signal (SBM) and collective fault
signal (SSM) connection (Fig. 5)
Potential-free contacts are available for external
collective signals.
Insert the cables laid by the customer through the
threaded cable connections and secure them.
50
Connect the wires to the terminal strip according
to the connection diagram.
• Collective run signal contact:
• Terminals: 13, 14, 15
• Type: Changeover contact
• Switching capacity: 250 V, 1 A
• Collective fault signal contact:
• Terminals: 16, 17, 18
• Type: Changeover contact
• Switching capacity: 250 V, 1 A
DANGER due to electrical voltage!
An external voltage is applied at the terminals
for this function. This is also present at the
terminals when the main switch is switched
off! There is danger to life! The power supply
must be disconnected from its source before
all work!
6.4.12. Individual operation (EBM) and individual fault
signal (ESM) connection (Fig. 5)
Potential-free contacts are available for external
individual signals per pump.
Insert the cables laid by the customer through the
threaded cable connections and secure them.
Connect the wires to the terminal strip according
to the connection diagram.
• Contact individual run signal pump 1:
• Terminals: 2 and 3
• Type: Normally open contact
• Switching capacity: 250 V, 1 A
• Contact individual fault signal pump 1:
• Terminals: 4 and 5
• Type: Normally closed contact
• Switching capacity: 250 V, 1 A
• Contact individual run signal pump 2:
• Terminals: 10 and 11
• Type: Normally open contact
• Switching capacity: 250 V, 1 A
• Contact individual fault signal pump 2:
• Terminals: 8 and 9
• Type: Normally closed contact
• Switching capacity: 250 V, 1 A

6.4.13. Connection of an external signalling unit (Fig. 5)
A 24 V (DC) output is available for direct con-
nection of an external signalling unit (e.g. signal
lamp) which is switched together with the collec-
tive fault signal.
Insert the cable laid on-site through the threaded
cable connection and secure it.
Connect the wires to the terminal strip according
to the connection diagram.
