Install high-voltage wire "D1" in the vehicle
F 36 82 1289 R
Make drill holes using twist drill ø 6.0 mm in
accordance with specified measurements a, b
and c on the radiator bottom covering (4). Screw
support clips (1) with spacers (2) and hexagon-
head screws 5.5 x 18 mm (3) to the radiator
bottom covering (4), adjust and tighten them (if
necessary loosen radiator bottom covering (4) ).
Push high-voltage wire "D1" over the steering gear
and insert in front in the support clips (1), adjust.
To ensure clearance between oil pipes and the
high-voltage wire "D1", the oil pipes are to be fixed
in position with the cable tie (5).
Measurements: a =
b = 100 mm
c = 115 mm
F 36 82 1290 R
Preassemble support clips (1) with spacers (2) and
hexagon head screws 5.5 x 18 mm (3) on the angle
brackets 22 (4), 18 (5) and 5 (7).
Screw angle bracket 22 (4) behind on the right
retaining bracket (8) with hexagon stop nut M8 (6),
adjust and tighten.
Screw angle bracket 18 (5) in front on the left
retaining bracket (8) with hexagon stop nut M8 (6),
adjust and tighten.
Screw angle bracket 5 (7) on to the left threaded
hole M6 in front on the steering gear (11) with
hexagon head screw M6 x 12 mm (9), adjust and
tighten.
Insert high-voltage wire "D1" in the support
clips (1) and adjust.
Place pre-made connecting line for high voltage (10)
coming from control unit on to the connection
clamp (11) of the high-voltage wire "D1" using
pointed pliers.
Install high-voltage wire "B" in the vehicle
F 36 82 1291 R
Guide high-voltage wire "B" with the wire-end (1)
over the left side of the stabiliser (2), turn it in a
clockwise direction and swing it upwards.

Preassemble support clips (1) with spacers (2) and
hexagon head screws 5.5 x 18 mm (3) on angle
brackets 22 (6), 11 (4), 13 (7) and 5 (12).
Screw angle bracket 22 (6) behind on the right
retaining bracket (8) with hexagon stop nut M8 (5),
adjust and tighten.
Screw angle bracket 11 (4) behind on the left
retaining bracket (8) with hexagon stop nut M8 (5),
adjust and tighten.
Screw angle bracket 13 (7) on to the left threaded
hole M6 in front on the steering gear (10) with
hexagon head screw M6 x 16 mm (9), adjust and
tighten.
Screw angle bracket 5 (12) on to the right threaded
hole M6 in front on the steering gear (10) with
hexagon head screw M6 x 16 mm (9), adjust and
tighten.
Insert high-voltage wire "B" in the support clips (1)
and adjust.
F 36 82 1293 R
Make drillhole for support clip (1) in accordance
with specified measurements a and b at the left
wheel-arch panelling (4) with a twist drill ø 6 mm.
Screw support clip (1) with spacer (2) and hexagon
head screw 5.5 x 18 mm (3) on to the wheel-arch
panelling (4) and tighten it. Insert high-voltage
wire "B" in the support clip (1) and adjust. Put on
cable tie (6) to enlarge the clearance between the
high-voltage wire "B" and the line (5).
Measurements: a =
6 mm
b = 22 mm
F 36 82 1294 R
Place pre-made high-voltage line (1) coming from
control unit on to the connection clamp (2) of the
high-voltage wire "B" using pointed pliers.
Place pre-made connecting line for high voltage (3)
on the connection clamp (4) of the high-voltage
wire "B" using pointed pliers, install at
reinforcement cross going towards the rear and
fix in place with two cable ties (6).
