Insert high-voltage wire "E2" in the support clips (1)
and adjust it.
Place pre-made high-voltage line (12) coming from
the control unit on to connection clamp (15) of the
high-voltage wire "E2" using pointed pliers.
Install high-voltage wire "C" in the vehicle

Guide high-voltage wire "C" from behind to
the front over the axle housing and the steering
gear (7).
Preassemble support clip (1) with spacer (2)
and hexagon head screw 5.5 x 18 mm (3) on flat
bar 28 (4). Screw flat bar 28 (4) on to the left
threaded hole M6 in front on the steering gear (7)
using hexagon head screw M6 x 30 mm (5) and
spacer sleeve 20 mm (6), adjust and tighten it.
Preassemble support clip (1) with spacer (2) and
hexagon head screw 5.5 x 18 mm (3) on flat
bar 29 (9). Screw flat bar 29 (9) in front on the
left retaining bracket (8) using hexagon stop nut
M8 (11), adjust and tighten it.
Insert high-voltage wire "C" in the support clips (1)
and adjust it.
Place pre-made high-voltage line (10) coming from
the control unit on the connection clamp (12) of the
high-voltage wire "C" using pointed pliers.
Install high-voltage wire "F" in the vehicle

Preassemble support clips (1) with spacers (2) and
hexagon head screws 5.5 x 18 mm (3) on the angle
brackets 3 (4), 5 (9) and 5 (6).
Screw angle bracket 5 (9) together with the
clamp 31 (8), hexagon head screw M5 x 12 mm
and hexagon nut M5 on to the reinforcement
cross (5), adjust and tighten it.
Screw angle bracket 3 (4) on to the reinforcement
cross (5) with hexagon head screw M5 x 12 mm
and hexagon nut M5, adjust and tighten it. Screw
angle bracket 5 (6) to the coarse-threaded bolt (7)
of the right engine support with the speed nut.
Insert high-voltage wire "F" in the three support
clips (1) and adjust it.
Place pre-made connecting line for high voltage (11)
on the connection clamp (12) of the high-voltage
wire "F". Fix connecting line for high voltage (11) to
angle bracket 5 (6) using cable tie.

Place connecting line for high voltage (1) coming
from high-voltage wire "F" on to connection
clamp (2) of high-voltage wire "E2" using pointed
pliers. Fix connecting line for high voltage (1) to
the mounting support of the axle housing (4) using
cable tie.

Install high-voltage wire "G" in the vehicle

Preassemble support clip (1) with spacer (2) and
hexagon head screw 5.5 x 18 mm (3) on angle
bracket 16 (6).
Screw angle bracket 16 (6) on to the coarse
threaded bolt (4) of the left engine support with
the speed nut, adjust and tighten it.

Preassemble support clips (1) with spacers (2) and
hexagon head screws 5.5 x 18 mm (3) on angle
brackets 13 (6) and 16 (4).
Screw angle bracket 13 (6) with clamp 34 (5) on to
the reinforcement cross (7) with hexagon head
screw M5 x 12 mm (8) and hexagon nut M5, adjust
and tighten it.
Screw angle bracket 16 (4) on to the reinforcement
cross (7), adjust and tighten it.
Place high-voltage wire "G" in the three support
clips (1) and adjust it.
Place pre-made connecting line for high voltage (10)
on the connection clamp (12) with pointed pliers
and install via the front axle carrier to the high-
voltage wire "E2".

Place pre-made connecting line for high voltage (1)
coming from high-voltage wire "G" on to
connection (2) of high-voltage wire "E2" using
pointed pliers. Fix connecting line for high
voltage (1) in the forward area of the mounting
support of the front axle housing (4) using
cable tie (3).
