Pre-mount support clips (1) with spacers (2) and
hexagon-head screws 5.5 x 18 mm (3) on both
angle brackets 9 (6) and on angle bracket 3 (9).
Screw both angle brackets 9 (6) and angle
bracket 3 (9) on to the underside panelling (5)
with hexagon-head screws M5 x 12 mm (8) and
hexagon nuts M5 (7), adjust and tighten them.
Screw support clip (1) with spacer and hexagon-
head screw 5.5 x 18 mm to the underside
panelling at measurement c, adjust and tighten.
Measurements: a = 50 mm
b = 23 mm
c = 268 mm
d = 14 mm

Bend perforated sheet-metal strip 215 mm (1) and
from above rivet it on to the protection plate (2) with
the blind rivets (3) (contained in the installation kit).

Using a twist drill ø 6 mm, drill holes on the
underside panelling (4) for the support clips (1) in
accordance with measurement specifications a, b,
c, d, e and f.
Screw support clips (1) with spacers (2) and
hexagon head screws 5.5 x 18 mm (3) to the
underside panelling (4), adjust them and tighten.
Place high-voltage wire "B.A" in the support clips.
Make holes (5) for the support clips using a twist
drill ø 6.5 mm. Insert support clips and lock in
place.
Put prepared connecting line for high voltage (6) on
to the connector (7) using pointed pliers and clip
into the support clips (5).
Measurements: a = 140 mm
b = 33 mm
c = 390 mm
d = 55 mm
e = 46 mm
f = 33 mm

Install and connect high-voltage wires

Install high-voltage wire "E2" in the vehicle

Preassemble support clips (1) with spacers (2) and
hexagon head screws 5.5 x 18 mm (3) on both
angle brackets 3 (5).
Using a twist drill ø 5.5 mm make holes on the
radiator cover, observing measurements a, b
and c.
Screw both support clips (1) below on the radiator
cover (4) using hexagon head screws M5 x 12 mm
and hexagon nuts M5, adjust and tighten them.
Measurements: a =
b = 150 mm
c = 90 mm

Preassemble support clip (1) with spacer (2) and
hexagon head screw 5.5 x 18 mm (3) on angle
bracket 6 (7).
Screw angle bracket 6 (7) on to the left threaded
hole M6 in front on the steering gear (6) with
hexagon head screw M6 x 12 mm (9), adjust and
tighten it.
Preassemble support clips (1) with spacers (2) and
hexagon head screws 5.5 x 18 mm (3) on the angle
brackets 17 (4) and 18 (5).
Screw angle bracket 17 (4) behind on the right
retaining bracket (8) with hexagon stop nut M8 (6),
adjust and tighten it.
Screw angle bracket 18 (5) in front on the left
retaining bracket (8) with hexagon stop nut M8 (6),
adjust and tighten it.
