2. PREPARATION FOR INSTALLATION

2.1 Electrical connection presetting

60335-1...)
Connection to ground of frame metal masses (gate and pillars) is mandatory.
• Arrange electrical connections of control and safety devices of your system according to the diagram in fig.3,
complying with the warnings provided in this manual and the instructions attached to the installed components.
Arrange suitable (external or buried) ducting up to the installation position of the devices.
• The box containing the electronic components is watertight and must be positioned at least at 30 cm above the
ground, cable outlets must be oriented downwards. Cable holder hose couplings must be suitably sealed to prevent
the entry of condensation, insects and small animals.
• POWER SUPPLY: 230V AC - Cable 3x1.5mm
on the line length.
If the insertion of a three-module cover plate in the automation device power cable is required, carry out this operation
before connecting the cable to the junction boxes.
•
IMPORTANT! Always install, upstream of the line, a main switch ensuring an omnipolar cut-off with minimum contact opening
of 3 mm (connect to a magneto-thermal differential switch of 6A - sensitivity 30mA).
• Operator/equipment connection – follow the instructions contained in the manual of the electronic equipment.
• Control and command accessory devices and the emergency push-button must be placed within the field of vision
of the automation device, far from moving parts and at a minimum height from the ground of 1.5m.
The whole system must be carried out by qualified personnel and in full compliance
