Choose the threaded adapter accordingly to glowplug pitch, and
mount it on the reamer tool; now screw into the glowplug seat, and
start to operate by hand the reamer tool (fig. 46);
Use one of the two cleaning brushes provided to complete the
cleaning of the glow plug seat, especially the tip's seat:
1952 003 594 - Cavity seating brush with brass wire, Ø4,8 mm
1952 003 595 - Cavity seating brush with brass wire, Ø5,8 mm
1952 003 553 - Wrench 2mm
NB: We recommend to use WÜRTH dummy
injector code 1952 003 155 for blowing out
aluminium cuttings (fig. 46 ref.
Proceed with the insertion of the new glow plug (fig. 47, 48).
