Care and maintenance

We recommend checking all parts which may get loose (screws, nuts etc.) on a regular
base (e.g. all 2 or 4 weeks, this depends also on how often you use the item) for tight seating.
This avoids possible injuries because of loose parts.
If you want to clean this item, do not use any detergents.
We recommend cleaning all parts with a smooth, light wet towel only.
Please pay attention that no liquids will come in contact with the inner parts of the item or the
computer, as this may lead to defects. In order to prevent battery from leaking, it should be
removed if you do not use this item for a longer period.

Terms of warranty

For this product a warranty of 24 months (beginning with the date of delivery or purchase invoice)
is granted. The warranty therefore will be fulfilled by repair or spare part supply, depending
on the decision of the manufacturer. The warranty is only covering defects in material or
workmanship. Repairs under warranty do not extend the warranty period either for the unit or for
the replacement parts. The following is excluded under the warranty:
- Damage which has arisen during transport
- Damage on parts which are subject to normal wear and tear
- Damage which has arisen due to improper treatment
- Damage due to repairs or tampering by customer or unauthorized third parties
Please contact your dealer or the service centre in case of a claim under warranty and hold
these instructions and the original receipt of purchase ready nearby.
Please keep the original packing for the duration of the warranty period in case you need to
return the item. Please do not return items without prior instruction from our service centre
as otherwise we will reject the acceptance. Liability for direct or indirect consequential losses
caused by the unit is excluded even if the damage to the unit is accepted as a warranty claim.
