User manual
When you press the RESET-button at least 2 seconds all values will be reset to zero.
Now you can change the training mode or stop exercise (the program will be interrupted).
During exercise within mode 2, you can adjust the tension level at any time with UP&DOWN.
Name of programs (purpose):
Program 1: Mountain-tour (Condition und Fat reduction)
Program 2: Interval 1 (Condition)
Program 3: Interval 2 (Fat reduction)
Program 4: Uneven 1 (Fat reduction / Power endurance)
Program 5: Small mountain (Warming up, Cooling down)
Program 6: Rise1 (condition / Power endurance)
Program 7: Country1 (Fat reduction and condition)
Program 8: Mountain and valley (Fat reduction / Power endurance)
Program 9: Uneven 2 (Power endurance)
Program 10: Rise 2 (Condition / power endurance)
Program 11: Hills (Fat reduction and Condition)
Program 12: Interval 3 (Condition)
3. User
In this mode you can exercise according to your own programmed profiles.
After selecting „user" (confirm with „MODE") you can preset each segment load in the profile
with UP and DOWN ("MODE" for confirmation). After you have finished your input,
please press "Start/Stop".
Appr. each 0,1 km the computer switches to the next segment and controls the load according
to your input.
Again it is possible to put in target values (no watts). Use „UP/DOWN" as described above.
It is also possible not to input any target value (pressing Start/Stop at once).
If you have entered any target values, the computer will remind you if you reach a value (6-
times beeping) to remind you to stop exercising. The programmed profile will be saved for the
respective user number (U1 to U4).
The further usage of this program is the same as described already under mode 2 (Program).
4. „Target heart rate" („Target H.R." or „THR")
You can do an automatically steered training depending on your pulse frequency.
After selecting this mode and pressing MODE you are in heart frequency controlled modus.
Please amend the displayed value according to your actual age with UP and DOWN and
MODE.
It starts the selection of one of 3 percentages of the maximum pulse (the computer calculates it
by your age you inserted before) or you chose to put in directly a target pulse (from 30 to max.
240 bpm).
Use the „UP/DOWN"(AUF/AB)-buttons to select between 55%, 75%, 90% and direct input of
the target pulse.
Press Start/Stop to start the training.
