8.e Decaffeinated coffee
If you select the product Decaf, no beans are taken
from the bean container for this process but the
machine waits for dropping in the Decaf powdered
coffee with the measuring spoon.
Enter a heaping spoon (approx. 8.9 g) of Decaf
powdered coffee into the drop-in slot and follow
the instructions on the display.
8.f Preheating
After extended standstill times, it may be useful to
GB preheat the brewing system before dispensing a
product. The customer service can set the unit for this
operation to occur automatically, for example, if no
product is dispensed for a specific period.
After you have called the basic menu as
described at 7.b ...
select the function "Preheating" and ...
the product to be dispensed after preheating.
A window with a progress bar indicates the
remaining preheating time.
8.g Switching the milk system on or off
The milk system can only be switched on or off when
it has been cleaned (see chapter 10). Otherwise, a
message appears indicating that cleaning is required.
After you have called the basic menu as
described at 7.b ...
select "Switch on milk system" or "Switch off
milk system", depending on the state is was in
before.
If the milk system was switched on, a question
appears on the display whether milk has been
filled in. Respond by pushing the "Yes" or "No"
button.
8.h Exit the basic menu
You leave the basic menu and return to product
dispensing by ...
pushing the button below.
