7.c Confirm the filling levels
Each time after filling a bean container, this must be
confirmed via the basic menu:
After you have called the basic menu as

select the function "Filling levels" and ...
push the button next to the displays
– "Beans 1 full" for the left or
– "Beans 2 full" for the right container
– or "All containers full" if you want to confirm
both containers at the same time.
Return to the previous menu by pushing the
button below. You can also exit the basic menu

7.d Emptying the grounds drawer
If the grounds are not discharged into the optional
container but into the grounds drawer:
Whenever you fill the bean containers, you should
also empty the grounds drawer. In the display ...

the display after reinserting the grounds drawer
whether it has been emptied. Respond by
pushing the "Yes" or "No" button.
The grounds drawer is shown in the display as
long as it is pulled out and not been properly
reinserted.
