PRObLEM

POSSIbLE CaUSES
• Bag positioned incorrectly.
• Bag perforated.
• Sealing insufficient.
• Bag defective.
• Dirty bag open.
• Bag too big or too small in relation
to product size.
• sealing time too long.
• Sealing time too short.
• Dirty welding bar contacts.
• Discontinued welding bar con-
tacts.
• Sealing bar wire broken.
• Bar lifting piston defective
• Sealing bar dirty.
• Sealing time insufficient for basic
bag weight.
• Teflon cover worn.
• Gas percentage is too high (close
to 70%) with respect to the packa-
ged product.
• silicone worn.
• Gas cylinder pressure Insuffi-
cient.
• Gas nozzle not inserted in bag
mouth.
• Cylinder valve or pressure redu-
cer closed.
• Gas volume too high.
• Container lid positioned poorly or
lid valve open.
SOlUtION
• Place the bag in the centre on the sealing bar
projecting by 20 mm beyond it.
• Choose a thicker bag and wrap the product
with cling film or soft paper.
• Increase the sealing time.
• Change the bag.
• Use a new bag and avoid smearing the ope-
ning with oil, grease, etc.
• Choose a bag size suitable for product di-
mensions.
• Decrease the sealing time.
• Increase the sealing time.
• clean contacts.
• Restore connection (contact your service
centre).
• Change wire (contact a Service Centre).
• Replace the bar lifting piston (contact a Ser-
vice centre).
• Clean sealing bar.
• increase sealing time.
• Change Teflon cover.
• Decrease the gas injection time.

• Increase the gas injection time.
• Adjust pressure on cylinder reducer to 1 bar.
• Reposition bag by inserting gas nozzle in the

reducer to 1.0 bar.
• Decrease the gas injection time.
• Reposition the container lid, making sure the
gasket is in good condition and inserted in its
seat and the suction valve on the lid is in the
open position.
