Message in Possible causes/Action

SET CAMERA • The camera is not connected
correctly or the camera is not turned
on.
t Connect the camera correctly
(pages 39 and 40), set the PLAY/
CAMERA switch of the camera to
PLAY, then press the PRINT
button of the station.
LOW BATTERY • Battery power is low.
PRESS [EXEC] t Charge the battery (page 21),
replace the battery with a newly
charged one (page 19) or use the
camera with an AC power adaptor
(page 37).
To erase the message and return
the LCD to the normal display,
press the EXEC button.
CAMERA ERROR • Communication trouble with the
camera has occurred.
t Turn off the camera and the
printer, then turn them on again.

If the paper jams

If the paper jams while the printer is printing, the
ERROR lamp will light. Press the Operation switch to
turn the printer off, and then press the Operation
switch to turn the printer on again. The paper inside
the printer will be ejected automatically.
If this procedure does not clear the paper jam and the
ERROR lamp remains lit, follow the procedure
described below to remove the jammed paper.

Turn the printer off and unplug the power cord.

If there are any printed sheets in the paper supply/
eject tray, remove those sheets, and then remove
the tray.

Open the ribbon cartridge cover, and remove the
ink ribbon cartridge.

If you cannot remove the ink ribbon cartridge,
contact your Sony dealer or the nearest Sony
service facility.
