9 FAULTS, CAUSES AND SOLUTIONS

FAULT
The lift does not
reaction.
When the <ascent> is operated,
the lift does not move up or has
diffi culty in moving up.
Insuffi cient fl ow rate.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
work: no 1. No power
2. Electric motor burnt out.
3. Pump out of order.
1. Not enough oil in control unit tank.
2. Pump very worn.
3. Ascent-descent solenoid valve
jammed or out of order.
1. Insuffi cient
operating pressure insuffi cient
SOLUTION
• Check the power distribution board
and if necessary set the master switch
to the correct position.
• Check the position of the mushroom-
shaped button on the control console;
if necessary release it and then press
the reset button.
• Press the master switch placed on
the power board order to turn off power
and then open control panel on the
control unit and check the condition of
the fuses. Replace fuses if necessary.
• Replace the electric motor
• Replace the pump.
• Check the tank level and top up the
oil if necessary.
• Replace the pump.
• Check and replace the solenoid valve
if necessary.
hydraulic circuit • Check the pump operating pressure
on the pressure gauge. Replace the
pump if necessary.
