•
The electrical equipment is designed to operate
normally at a voltage of 400 V 50 Hz.
•
Check the control board powering the lift control unit.
It must be provided with a set of three fuses and a
correctly-set magneto-thermal switch.
DANGER! Never connect the lift electrical
system directly to the bodyshop system leads:
a fault in the latter's distribution system can
seriously injure the operator and permanently
damage the control unit.
3.2 LIFT INSTALLATION
Remove the MINIBENCH MAXIPLUS from the warehouse
or the place where it has been stored using a fork-lift
truck.
The lift must be deposited near the area where it will be
operating. In order to avoid errors, you are advised to mark
the outline of the lift on the fl oor.
Carefully remove the straps and packing and position the
lift as follows:
WARNING! Before beginning work, remove all
obstructions from the installation area. The
area must be appropriately marked to keep non-
authorised personnel out. Check the condition
and suitability of the equipment available.
•
Move the fork-lift truck near the case containing the
pull system and slide the forks between the bottom of
the lift and the case, in the space between the base
of the lift and the two wooden planks provided by the
manufacturer.
•
Slowly raise the lift from the case and rest it on the
fl oor in the installation area.
I
WARNING! This is a potentially dangerous
operation and must therefore be performed by
skilled responsible personnel. For use of the
forklift truck, follow the safety regulations in
GB
force in the country where the machine is being
used. Do not stand in the operating range of
the fork-lift truck.
F
•
Take the control console from the upper platform of
the lift and rest it at a certain distance from the lift in a
safe position.
D
This operation must be performed by two people.
•
Connect the control console power cable to the
bodyshop electrical distribution panel.
•
Using the ascent control (see SECTION 4 -
E
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE) raise the upper mobile
platform approximately 50 cm so that you can operate
easily on the base to insert the fl oor screw anchors.
•
Drill the fl oor using as a guide the 10 holes provided
on the base of the lift. Insert the M10 screw anchors
into the holes and secure the base to the fl oor.
Position the control unit console as follows:
•
Place the lift control console in the established
position
•
Loosen the screws provided on the metal casing of
the control console, slide the console out of the control
unit and place it in a safe position.
•
Remove the metal cap from the tank and fi t the plastic
cap equipped with dip stick
•
Refi t the console metal casing onto the control unit.
3.2.1. CONNECTING THE PNEUMATIC SYSTEM
For correct connection of the lift pneumatic system.
proceed as follows:
•
Take out the Rilsan compressed air fl exible pipe. One
end is already connected to the console. The other
