Technische Merkmale:

Zum Betätigen von Maschinen-Schraubstöcken und Spannvorrichtungen mit einfach
wirkenden Zylindern.
D
Die Pumpe erreicht ein Fördervolumen von 2,0 l/min bei 0 bar Systemdruck,
den maximalen Betriebsdruck bei 5,5 bar Luftdruck.
Die Turbo Air Hydraulik Pumpe ist pneumatisch und hydraulisch anschlußfertig,
d.h. mit Ölfüllung 2,1 l, Hydraulikanschluß mit Manometer 0–400 bar, Rohranschluß für
∅ 6 mm schwere Reihe.
Auf der Pumpe ist ein 3/2-Wege-Sitzventil (pneumatisch betätigt) aufgebaut.
Die Ansteuerung des 3/2-Wege-Sitzventils erfolgt – je nach Bestellung – über ein Pneuma-
tik-Handventil mit 2 m Schlauchanschluß oder ein Pneumatik-Fußventil mit 2 m
Schlauchanschluß.

Um den vorgewählten Betriebsdruck zu gewährleisten, schaltet die Pumpe bei Druckabfall
im Hydrauliksystem automatisch nach. Dieses wichtige Sicherheitsmerkmal erlaubt einen
maximalen Druckabfall von 5 %.

Anmerkung: Bei Einsatz in höheren Temperaturbereichen oder im Einsatz mit aggressiven
Kühlmitteln ist obige Ausführung auch mit Vitondichtungen erhältlich. Fügen Sie bei der
Bestell-Nr. ein "V" hinzu!
