DISPOSAL
At the end of your item's long service life, please dispose of the valuable raw materials
appropriately so that proper recycling can take place. If you are unsure how best to proceed, local
waste disposal companies or recycling centres will be happy to help.
DISPOSING OF THIS PRODUCT CORRECTLY
Never dispose of electronic equipment along with household waste!
The adjacent symbol of a crossed-out wheelie bin indicates that this device is subject to Directive
2012/19/EU.
This directive states that you must not dispose of this device along with normal household waste
at the end of its useful life. Instead, you must take it to specifically set-up collection points, recycling
centres or waste disposal companies.
This disposal is free of charge for you. Protect the environment and dispose of items properly.
Before returning the device, please remove any single-use or rechargeable batteries from it (if
possible), as well as any light bulbs that can be removed without destroying them, and dispose of
them separately.
BATTERIES
As the end user, you are legally obligated to return used batteries. After use, you can return
batteries to us or to designated collection points (e.g. local authority collection points or retailers)
free of charge.
You can also return the batteries to us. We will refund the postage for returning any used batteries.
The symbols shown on the batteries have the following meanings:
= Battery must not be disposed of along with household waste
Pb = Battery contains more than 0.004% of lead by weight
Cd = Battery contains more than 0.002% of cadmium by weight
Hg = Battery contains more than 0.0005% of mercury by weight
