Note: To compensate for minor floor unevenness, the height can be
adjusted at the stabilisers by turning the outer rings. Adjustable range
from 1 to 6.
Adjusting the seat height
Unlock the ball bolt to adjust the seat to the desired height.

FUNCTION BUTTONS:
MODE: Press the button to select the functions. Pressing and holding the button will reset it
completely to 0.
SET: For setting the display for time, distance, pulse and calories when not in scan mode.
RESET: For resetting time, distance and calories. Pressing and holding RESET will set the display
next to the ODO position to 0.
FUNCTION AND OPERATION:
1. SCAN:
Press the 'MODE' button until 'SCAN' appears. The monitor will cycle through all five functions:
time, speed, distance, calories, ODO, total distance and pulse. Each display is held for five seconds.
2. TIME:
(1) Count the total time from the start to the end of the workout.
(2) Press the 'MODE' button until 'TIME' appears, then press the 'SET' button to set the exercise
time. When 'SET' reaches zero, the computer will emit an alarm for 10 seconds.
3. SPEED:
Displays the current speed.
4. DIST:
(1) Count the distance from the start to the end of the workout.
