Twist Trainer
The Twist Trainer can be used to exercise
the waist, upper body, legs, arms and
balance.
Do not use the Twist Trainer when
another user is on the bike.
Do not rotate 360°.
Note: Hold onto the saddle throughout the
entire workout. Do not use the Twist Trainer
at the same time as the resistance bands.
Resistance bands
The resistance bands can also be used to exercise the upper body and arms.
1.
The warm-up stage
It is advisable to do some stretching exercises, as shown below. Each stretch should be held for
about 30 seconds. Do not force or jerk into the stretch – if it hurts, STOP.
2.
The exercise stage
This stage is when you need to put in the effort, as regular exercise will make your leg muscles
more flexible. Work at your own pace, but it is very important to maintain a steady pace.
This stage should last at least 12 minutes.
