Screw the rear handlebar (16) to the frame (14) using the screw (17) and the curved washer (5).
Then screw the pedals (8) and (7) onto the cranks (28) and (29) respectively.
Note: Pedal (7) should be locked clockwise and pedal (8) anti-clockwise. Always keep the pedals
(8) and (7) in a locked position while exercising. Otherwise, the teeth of the pedals (8) and (7) will
be damaged.

Screw the handlebar (20) to the front support tube. Align the holes and secure them with the
screw (19), the spring washer (21) and the curved washer (5).
