Launch the app and register.

Pairing the device:
Start the app (grant any required permissions).

Switch on the exercise bike's Bluetooth box.
•
Select 'Add device'.
•
Select 'Manual' – 'Spinning'.
•
Click on Connect to pair the device.
•
The device is automatically detected.
•
Click on Start to begin the exercises.
•
Note: To save power, the Bluetooth device will automatically switch to sleep mode after
150 seconds of inactivity.
Unpairing the device:
Delete the device from the list in the app.

EXERCISE INFORMATION
Using your exercise bike offers you several advantages. It improves your physical fitness,
strengthens your muscles and, when combined with a calorie-controlled diet, helps with weight
loss.
Maintaining the correct posture
Hold onto the handlebar throughout the entire workout.

Maintain an upright posture throughout the entire workout.

While exercising, ensure that at least half the length of your feet is on the pedals.
•
The pedals' foot straps can be individually adjusted to any foot size.

Setting the bike position
Here, the equipment is used like a bicycle in an upright seated position, where the exercise intensity
is quite high and it is possible to burn an increased number of calories. Accordingly, higher goals
can be achieved in terms of losing weight and building muscle. The movement is more intense
than when using the equipment as a recumbent bike.
Recumbent bike position setting
The user is in a reclined, lying position while exercising. This achieves a light exercise intensity. This
is the ideal exercise position for users who are less interested in intense exercise to build muscle
or endurance, but are more interested in staying fit and mobile without too much effort.
