1. Loosen the large axle bushing nut (A) on the in-
side of the axle plate and place the axle bushing
in the correct hole position.
2. Retighten the nut on the inside of the axle plate.
Warning:
• Make sure the axle bushing is in the same axle
hole position on both sides of the wheelchair.
• Never use the front axle hole position for seat
angle B.
• The front axle hole position results in the most
active, light-moving wheelchair, but also the most
tilt-sensitive wheelchair.
• The wheelchair is least sensitive to tipping in the
rear axle hole position.
• When changing the seat height, seat angle and
axle plate position, the tire brake and head angle
of the front wheel must be readjusted if necessary,
so that the handling of the seat is optimal again
and the braking effect is sufficient.
Adjusting the Head Angle
AIf the rear wheel position is moved up or down
with the axle plate, or the front wheel is moved up or
down, the angle of the front fork changes relative to
the floor. In order to maintain the favourable, agile
handling characteristics of the NEOX, the castor axle
must be perpendicular to the floor.
The axis around which the castors rotate, the castor
axis, must always be placed perpendicular to the
floor (this is at an angle of 90 degrees).
1. Loosen the 2 Allen screws (A) slightly, so that the
ball head (B) can just be rotated by hand.

2. Then place a spirit level or a smart phone with a
level app against the vertical side of the head-
set. (B)
3. Now insert an Allen wrench into the hole of the
eccentric (C) and twist around the Allen screw.
The angle of the fork will change.
