The NEOX has a wide range of settings and adjust-
ment options that can be used to adapt the wheel-
chair to all user requirements. The NEOX instructi-
onal videos that you can find online on our website
or directly via the QR code on the right, explain all
the settings clearly. The NEOX configurator provides
support to achieve the right individual seat settings
for your client. Life & Mobility recommends that you
consult your dealer regarding the correct settings.
You can make the simple adjustments yourself, wit-
hout the use of tools.
Frame height

for the complete NEOX frame height chart with the
right setup advice for your client.
Based on the lower leg length, way of locomotion,
activity level, user profile and desired front and rear
wheel size, an exact recommendation is given for the
positioning of the front and rear wheel.
Frame height is measured at the front of the wheel-
chair from the top of the frame's seat tube to the
ground.
Frame height front wheelchair with telescope
1. Loosen the 2 Allen screws (A).
2. Slide the front wheel telescope in or out of the
front module until the front of the wheelchair has
the desired frame height.

3. Place the nut plate and Allen screws (A) in the
correct position and tighten
4. Repeat for the other front wheel.
Frame height front wheelchair without telescope:
1. Remove the 2 Allen screws (A) and the front
wheel.
2. Place the front wheel at the correct height on
the front module to achieve the desired frame
height.
