Technical Issues
In the unlikely event of immediate technical problems
with your wheelchair, we recommend that you contact
your dealer. The dealer will assess whether they can
repair the wheelchair or whether this needs to be
returned to the manufacturer for repair. You may be
able to solve some problems yourself.
Adjustable parts such as push handles, armrests, leg
rests, etc. are fixed.

Due to excessive forces on the above parts, the
parts may have clamped themselves in the frame.
Carefully tap the parts with a plastic mallet.
Allen screws for the settings cannot be loosened
n It may be that the Allen screws have been over-
tightened. Try inserting a tube over the long side
of the Allen wrench to obtain a longer swivel arm.
Now try to loosen the screw.
Please note:
•
Do not do this to tighten the screws. This can
cause the screw to be over-tightened and cause
damage.
n The head of the Allen screw is damaged. Try
gripping the screw with a pipe wrench. If this does
not work, consult your dealer.
The brakes have insufficient braking power or do not
brake with the same braking force on both sides
n You need to readjust the brakes, go to the
description on pg. 24.
n Check the tire pressure regularly and inflate the tires
if necessary.
