n To prevent injury to other occupants, a worktop
(if any) must be removed. This worktop must be
safely stored elsewhere in the vehicle.
n If possible, the accessories should be secured or
removed.
n After any accident, the manufacturer's repre-
sentative must assess the wheelchair to see if it
can be used again.
n Modifications and/or replacements to the
tie-down points or structural parts and frame
parts should not be carried out without prior
consultation with the manufacturer.
Sitting position belt
The sitting position belt is intended to permanently
position the occupant in the desired sitting posi-
tion, e.g. in the event of restlessness, by difficulties
maintaining a correct position, or when overcoming
an obstacle. Attach it to either side the wheelchair
frame using the associated mounting brackets
(option).
(with exclamation mark symbol)
Please note:
•
The seat position belt is unsuitable as a seat
belt.
Car
In addition to a taxi bus, the NEOX can also be
transported folded in the trunk of a passenger car.
See page 27 for instructions on how to fold the
wheelchair.
