Notes on handling
discs
To keep the disc clean, handle the disc by
its edge. Do not touch the surface.
¢Do not stick paper or tape onto the disc.
¢Do not expose the CD to direct sunlight
or heat sources
such as hot air ducts, nor
leave it in a car parked im direct sunlight
as there can be a considerable
rise in
temperature
inside the car.

Playing Tracks in
Random Order
(shuffle play)
You can play ail the tracks on the CO in
tandom order. Use the buttons on the unit
to do this operation.
"SHFL" appears in the display and the
SHUFFLE indicators lights up.
2 Press DM.
"12
" appears and then all the tracks
play mn random order.
To stop playing
Press 2).
To cancel shuffle play
Press CONTINUE.
"SHFL" disappears from the display. and
tracks continue playing in their original
order.
To play the next track during shuffle play
Press > P41.
To replay
the current track, press Keg <q.
You cannot replay the previous track.

Playing Tracks in the
Desired Order
(program piay)
You can program
up to 24 tracks
to play in
any order you choose. You do this by
designating
the tracks wn the order you
want them to play.
1 Press PROGRAM.
"PROG" appears in the display. and the
PROGRAM indicator lights up.
2 Press
Kad 44 oF DEE DDI to choose a
track.
The track number, the playing order and
the total playing time appears If you
want to choose this track, go to the next
step. If not. press id <i or DO PPI
again to choose another track.

3 Press PROGRAM.
The chosen track number hghts up in
the music calendar. If the track number
disappears before you press PROGRAM,
go back to slep 2.
