been dismantled and installed again suffer any oil
leakage.
Engine oil strainer
BWARNING
Due to that the cover of the right crankcase must be
removed before removing the strainer, whether the
strainer needs to be replaced should be determined
by the professional technical personnel of the
dealer.
CLUTCH

Method to check the clutch cable gap 4: remove the
rubber bush 1 along the clutch cable, operate the clutch
handle and make sure there is a gap of 3–5 mm before
there is an apparent resistance. If the gap is insufficient,
adjust it with the method below.
1. Remove the rubber bush 1 along the clutch cable,
loosen the nut 2.

2. Turn the adjusting screw 3 clockwise till the end.
3. Loosen the lock nut 5, adjust the nut 6 along
the front-back direction, operate the clutch lever and
adjust the clutch cable gap 4 to be 3–5 mm.
4. Do fine adjustment through the adjusting screw 3.
5. Firmly lock the nut 2 and 5, and then mount the
rubber bushes 1.
BCAUTION
It's prohibited to intentionally increase the cable
clearance 4.
BCAUTION
During the operation of motorcycle, the friction
plate will be worn to a certain degree to reduce
the cable clearance so that the timely checking
and adjustment is required (Please refer to the
maintenance schedule for the detailed checking
period. The special attention shall be paid within
the first 1000 km), otherwise it will result in clutch
slip.
