BCAUTION
The excessive or insufficient cable clearance of
clutch will easily result in wear and malfunction of
clutch and gearshift mechanism. Upon detection of
abnormal cable clearance (The clearance 4 is out
of 3–5 mm range), clutch slip, or weak acceleration,
adjust timely.
BCAUTION
If the cable clearance can't be adjusted to required
value due to excessive wear of clutch frication
plate or the slip is still present after adjustment,
timely replace the friction plate, otherwise the other
clutch parts will be damaged.
THROTTLE BODY
The throttle limit screw of the throttle
body has already been set, and
can not be adjusted.
Check the
motorcycle's idle speed is stable, if
the idle speed is not stable, you
need to your authorized Haojue
dealer for maintenance.

THROTTLE CABLE PLAY
1. Remove the rubber bush(s) along the throttle cable.
2. Loosen lock nut 1.
3. Turn the adjuster 2 so that the throttle cable has
0.5–1.0 mm play.
4. Tighten the lock nut 1.
5. Reinstall the rubber bush(s).
Inadequate throttle cable play can cause engine
speed to rise suddenly when you turn the
handlebar. This can lead to loss of rider control.
Adjust the throttle cable play so that engine idle
speed does not rise due to handlebar movement.
FUEL EVAPORATION POLLUTANT SYSTEM
This motorcycle is provided with a set of system to prevent
the fuel evaporating into the atmosphere. It is required to
check the items below at an regular interval (every 3,000
kilometers or every 6 months).
1. Check every pipe joint for reliability.
