Equipping blank frames
M 1. Loosen the 4 screws of the blank frame (see Illustration 6) with the
delivered hexagonal socket screw (2,5 mm).
M 2. Insert a disc.
M 3. Apply the fixing bows.
M 4. Tighten the screws hand-tight.

Further advice for operating the blank changer is given in the software
manual.
The blank magazine door is equipped with a safety contact. The blank chang-
er can only move when the blank magazine door is closed.

The machine is turned on, the working chamber door and the blank
magazine door are closed.
S 1. Choose the desired blank magazine slot in the software.
The blank magazine turns until the respective blank frame is at the
–
change position.
M 2. Open the blank magazine door.
M 3. Grab the blank frame in the grasp area across from the clamping bolt
(see Illustration 7 on page 29 in the lower right corner).
Crushing hazard through movement of the clamping bolt! Grab the blank
frame only in the grasp area. Don't grab the blank frame in the area near
the clamping bolt!
M 4. Push the frame release and keep it engaged.
The clamping lever opens to release the frame at the change position.
