Placement requirements
The following requirements have to be considered to choose the right ma-
chine location:
Firm and even surface, has to carry the weight of the machine (approxi-

mately 95 kg).
Ambient temperature (storage / transport): between -20 °C and 60 °C

Ambient temperature (operation): between 10 °C and 32 °C
„ „
Relative air moisture: max. 80 %, non-condensing.

Machine location should be as dust-free as possible, since ambient air is

sucked into the machine.
Alternating current source with 100 – 240 V and 50 – 60 Hz

Incoming air pressure maximum 8 bar

Incoming liquid pressure of the wet grinding module maximum 3 bar

The machine needs to have an adequate distance to the wall on the right
„ „
side of the machine (seen from the front), so that the ventilation holes are
not blocked (at least 10 cm distance). On the left side and on the back
of the machine needs to be enough distance, so that you can reach all
machine connections easily.
Plug the machine's power cord in a separately fused circuit current or en-
sure that no devices are connected that cause heavy voltage fluctuation
when switched on. Heavy voltage fluctuations can disturb the control and
cause a failure of the system.
