The Data Logger allows you to view and log data for up to 10,000 hours (for Load mode) and up to 21,845 hours (for
Power Supply mode) with memory size up to 5 MB of data.
You can configure the Data Logger View to display waveforms. Once data logging completes, the data is
automatically stored to a file named default.dlog.
Logging data
The below example shows you the steps to log data when the instrument is in Power Supply mode.
In the following data log example, a user-defined arbitrary waveform is captured on the data logger. The data logger
records the actual output voltage of the arbitrary waveform.
Step 1 – Program the sequence for output channel
Configure the output sequence as described under
Using the Sequence
List.
Program the output voltage, current and time values as follows:
Step 0: 0.5 V; 2 A; 1 s
Step 1: 1 V; 2 A; 1 s
Step 2: 2 V; 2 A; 1 s
Step 3: 3 V; 2 A; 1 s
Step 4: 4 V; 2 A; 1 s
Current After List: Return to DC Value
Pace: Dwell
