In the main screen, click [File] → [Order List] to enter the order list
screen.

Select a patient and edit the patient information as necessary.
The patient information in the order list is automatically downloaded from
the AI server. You can also create patient information manually. The newly
added information is synchronized to the AI server. The patient
information of the day is displayed by default.
