Garantiebedingungen

Wir garantieren für die Dauer von 12 Monaten ab Datum der Lieferung an den ersten Eigentümer für einwandfreien Gang und für gutes Ma-
terial. Für Motoren gilt die Garantie der Motorenfabrik gemäss Angaben der Motoren-Betriebsanleitung. Für Maschinen, die nicht von uns fa-
briziert werden, gelten die Garantiebedingungen des Herstellers.
Unsere Garantie besteht in kostenlosem Ersatz oder Reparatur der von uns als fehlerhaft anerkannten Teile sowie einer angemessenen Ent-
schädigung für Arbeitsleistung im Umfang der von uns anerkannten Garantiearbeit. Die Garantiepflicht setzt richtige Handhabung und ange-
messenen Unterhalt nach den Betriebsvorschriften voraus. Sie darf nicht als Grund zur Zurückhaltung fälliger Zahlungen dienen.
Eine Garantiepflicht besteht nicht bei Schäden, die darauf zurückzuführen sind, dass:
- ohne unsere Einwilligung Änderungen an von uns gelieferten Maschinen vorgenommen wurden;
- mit unseren Maschinen An- und Aufbaugeräte verwendet werden (z. B. Bodenfräsen, Ladegeräte, Miststreuer usw.), die nicht von
uns geliefert wurden;
- andere als Aebi Original-Ersatzteile verwendet wurden.
Die Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf Verschleiss, der durch normalen Gebrauch entsteht; sie gilt auch nicht für Verschleissteile.

Conditions de garantie

Nous garantissons un fonctionnement impeccable et un matériel de bonne qualité durant 12 mois à dater de la livraison au premier propriétaire.
Pour les moteurs, nous appliquons la garantie du fabricant, selon les indications données dans le mode d'emploi du moteur. Pour les machines
n'étant pas de notre propre fabrication, les conditions de garantie du fabricant sont déterminantes.
Notre garantie s'applique à l'échange gratuit ou à la réparation des pièces reconnues par nous défectueuses, ainsi qu'à un dédommagement
approprié pour le travall réalise dans le cadre du travall de garantie reconnu par nous. La garantie n'est applicable que si la machine a été
utilisée et entretenue correctement, selon les prescriptions du mode d'emploi. Elle ne peut en aucun cas servir de prétexte pour ajourner un
paiement échu.
Une garantie n'est pas applicable en cas de dommages causés:
- par des modifications apportées à nos machines sans notre consentement;
- par l'utilisation d'outils de travail autres que ceux livrés par nous (p. ex. houes rotatives, disp. autochargeurs, épandeuses à fumier,
etc.);
- par l'emploi de pièces de rechange autres que nos pièces originales Aebi.
La garantie ne s'étend pas à l'usure provoquée par une utilisation normale; elle n'est pas non plus valable pour les pièces d'usure.

Condizioni di garanzia

Garantiamo per la durata di 12 mesi, a decorrere dalla data di fornitura al primo proprietario, un eccepibile funzionamento e la buona qualità
del materiale. Per i motori vale la garanzia del loro fabbricante, conformemente ai dati riportati sulle istruzioni per l'uso dei motori. Per le mac-
chine non di nostra fabbricazione valgono le condizioni di garanzia del loro produttore.
La nostra garanzia consiste nella sostituzione o riparazione gratuita delle parti da noi riconosciute come difettose, nonché di un equo inden-
nizzo relativo all'intervento nei lavori da noi riconosciuti come prestazioni in garanzia. L'obbligo di garanzia presuppone un'utilizzazione ed una
manutenzione conformi alle prescrizioni di esercizio. In nessun caso, la presente garanzia può costituire motivo di ritenzione di pagamenti
dovuti.
L'obbligo di garanzia non sussiste nei seguenti casi:
- qualora le nostre macchine vengano modificate senza la nostra autorizzazione;
- qualora alle nostre macchine vengano accoppiati o applicati attrezzi non di nostra produzione, quali per es. frese per terreno, autoca-
ricanti, spandiletame, ecc.;
- quando vengono impiegati ricambi non originali.
La garanzia non si estende all'usura provocata dal normale uso; essa non vale anche per le parti soggette ad usura.

Warranty terms

We warrant our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a peried of 12 months from
the date of delivery to the first owner. The warranty of the engine factory is applicable to engines in accordance with the particulars of the
engine operating instructions. The conditions of warranty of the respective manufacturers are applicable to machines which are not manufac-
tured by us.
Our sole obligation under this warranty covers the replacement or repair free of charge of the parts recognised by us as defective as well as
a fair reimbursement for labor costs relative to the repairs recognised under warranty. The warranty is void when the machine is not used in
accordance with the instructions described in the operator and maintenance manuals. Aebi reserves the right of final decision on all warranty
claims which in any case must not constitute a reason to withhold due payments.
No obligation under the warranty exists in the following cases:
- whenever machines are modified without our authorisation;
- whenever implements not produced or approved by us are empioyed on our machines, such as manure spreaders, selfloaders, rotary
tillers, etc.;
- when for previous repairs spare parts other than original Aebi parts were fitted.
The warranty does not extend to wear and tear caused by nommal use; it is not applicable either on those parts considered of normal con-
sumption.
