Cut the room temperature Parmesan
into cubes of 1.5 cm. and introduce
them into the pitcher. Cover and
blend until you achieve the desired
result.
Preparing ricotta or cream cheese puree
Introduce the ricotta or the cream
cheese into the pitcher. Cover and
blend until the mixture is well mixed.
If necessary, stop the blender and
remove the ingredients from the walls
of the pitcher with a soft spatula. If
necessary, add milk. Cover and blend
until you achieve the desired result.
The cream can be used as a base for
creams and pâtés.
Preparing oatmeal for children
Introduce the raw oat flakes into the
pitcher. Blend until the desired

Preparing food for children
Introduce the already cooked food into
the pitcher. Cover and blend until the
desired consistency is achieved.
Mixing liquid ingredients for baked
products.
Preparing pancakes or waffles using
an already prepared mix.
Introduce the mixture and the other
ingredients into the pitcher. Cover
and blend until a smooth well mixed
dough is achieved. If necessary,
stop the blender and remove the
ingredients from the walls of the pitcher
with a soft spatula. Cover and blend
until you achieve the desired result.
Eliminating lumps from sauces
If the sauce is lumpy, then put into
the pitcher. Cover and blend until the
mixture is well mixed.
Preparing mayonnaise
Put one egg yolk (at room temperature)
in the pitcher with salt, lemon juice
and a little oil. Cover and blend for
a few seconds. Then remove the
dosage cap and gradually add the oil
pouring it very slowly through the
hole. Continue blending at low speed
(1) until the mayonnaise reaches the
desired uniformity.
