prevent the blades from blocking.
• Don't forget to always put the
dosage cap on the cover of the
blender during use and always keep
an hand on the lid.
• If you are blending at high speed,
stop the blender before adding
other ingredients.
• Stop the blender before using tools
in the pitcher. The ingredients
can be mixed with a soft plastic
spatula only when the blender is in
position ON/ OFF "0".
Attention: never introduce tools,
including spatulas, in the pitcher if
the motor is in operation.
• Avoid introducing hot liquids into
the blender. Let hot foods cool
before blending them. Always start
blending at speed (1). Stop the
blender before adding other ingredients.
• Blend the ingredients for the time
indicated on the recipe, or until
the desired degree of mixing is
reached. After a few seconds of
operation, stop the blender and
check the consistency of foods to
avoid working them too much.
• Do not mix for more than two
minutes in succession: if you need
to continue, turn the blender off
and let it cool for a minute before
turning it on again.
• Do not mix too dry foods to avoid
damage to the blades.

FOOD WITH
THE BLENDER
Blending peeled tomatoes
Introduce the peeled tomatoes and an
equivalent amount of water into the
pitcher.
Cover and blend until the mixture is
well mixed.
Crumbling biscuits and crackers
Break the larger biscuits into pieces of
about 4 cm in diameter. Small biscuits

can be used without breaking them up.
Introduce them into the pitcher. Cover
and blend until you achieve the desired
result. The crumbs can be used to
garnish yogurt, puddings or fruit dishes.
Blend longer to obtain a finer grain for
cakes and desserts.
Preparing breadcrumbs
Break the sliced bread into pieces of
about 4 cm in diameter. Follow the
same procedure used for biscuits and
crackers. Breadcrumbs are perfect as
a garnish or an ingredient in many
vegetable based dishes and pies.
Mixing flour and liquids,
thickening sauces
Introduce the flour and the liquid
into the pitcher. Cover and blend
until the mixture is well mixed.
Chopping fruit and vegetables
Introduce the already cut fruit or vege-
tables into the pitcher. Cover and
blend until you achieve the desired
result.
Preparing bechamel sauce
Introduce the milk, the flour and the
salt into the pitcher. Cover and blend
until the mixture is well mixed. Pour
into the pan and cook as usual.
Preparing fruit puree
Introduce the canned or cooked fruit
into the pitcher. Add fruit juice or
water. Cover and blend until you
achieve the desired result.
Preparing vegetable puree
Introduce the canned or cooked
vegetables into the pitcher. Add
broth, water or milk. Cover and blend
until you achieve the desired result.
Preparing meat puree
Introduce tender and cooked meat,
cut into small pieces, into the pitcher.
Add broth, water or milk.
Cover and blend. If necessary, stop
the blender and remove the
ingredients from the walls of the jug
