• When the plug is inserted into
the supply socket, the ON/
OFF indicator light (E) and the

• Turn the knob to the right from
the ON/OFF "0" position to the
one corresponding to desired
operating speed.
• Once the speed has been selected,

PULSE
Unless the recipe specifies otherwise,
always start at speed (1) , the lowest
setting, and then increase the speed as
necessary.

The (P) PULSE mode is also available,
it allows to mix intermittently. (fig. 7)
Note: The knob doesn't lock in this
position. Hold the knob or turn it
repeatedly in (P) PULSE position.
After being used, the blender shall be
turned off by bringing the knob back
to the ON/ OFF "0" position.
Only the indicator light that
corresponds to ON/OFF "0" will remain
lit and it will turn off only when the
appliance will be disconnected from
the mains.
Remove the plug from the socket
The pitcher can be removed by
simply lifting it off the motor unit.

Remove the dosage cap and the lid
and pour the processed content into
another container.
To avoid scratching the pitcher (fig.9),
use a plastic or wooden spatula to
remove the food residues.
Never use your fingers to clean the
blades.
HOW TO CARE
FOR THE BLENDER
Attention: after using it and before
any maintenance or cleaning operation
is carried out, wait for the blender to
stop, put the knob in the ON/ OFF
"0" position and take the supply plug
out of the mains socket.
• Lid with seal and dosage cap:
remove the dosage cap and the lid
from the pitcher and wash them with
washing-up liquid and warm water.
Do not wash in the dishwasher.
• Pitcher with blade unit: the fastest
and most efficient way to clean
the pitcher is to fill it halfway with
hot water (not boiling) and to add
one or two drops of washing-up
liquid. Place the pitcher on the
