2 - ADVICE ON STARTING UP AND USE
● Delivery
When the machine is delivered, check that it is intact.
Ensure that there are no foreign bodies in the hopper.
The fertilizer must only be used for the purposes for which it was
designed.
Check that the package has not been damaged during transportation
and that no parts are missing.
Only complaints formulated when the package is delivered shall be
accepted.
Make a note of any damage caused by the carrier.
In case of doubt or dispute, contact your retailer.
The machine's identification plate is located on the rear bar, on the hitch
side.
● Loading the hopper
Filling the hopper must always be carried out with the hopper hitched
to the tractor.
Before loading, check that there are no foreign bodies in the hopper.
To prevent distortion of the clod screen, load granules gently.
It is important that high quality, non-compact fertilizer is poured into the
hopper so that the units do not become blocked.
The sieve must be left in the hopper at all times to prevent the formation
of lumps.
This appliance must be kept dry. You must empty the hopper at the end
of the day.
Ensure that the tarpaulin cover is always closed to prevent penetration
of dust, damp or other residue (applies to transportation and sowing but
also storage).
2 - POKYNY PRO UVEDENÍ DO CHODU A
PROVOZ
● Příjem stroje
V okamžiku dodání zkontrolujte, zda byl stroj dodán v kompletním stavu.
Ujistěte se, že v násypce nejsou cizí tělesa.
Fertilizér nesmí být používán za účelem jiných prací, než ke kterým je
určen.
Ujistěte se, že jednotlivé konstrukční celky neutrpěly žádné poškození
během přepravy.
V úvahu budou brány pouze reklamace zaznamenané při příjmu
konstrukčních celků.
Případné poškození si nechte potvrdit od přepravce.
V případě pochyb či sporu se obraťte na svého distributora.
Identifikační štítek stroje se nachází pod otěží vzadu ze strany zápřahu.
● Plnění násypky
Plnění násypky je nutno provádět vždy, až když bude násypka zapřažena
za traktor.
Před plněním se ujistěte, že v násypce nejsou cizí tělesa.
Během plnění dávejte pozor, aby plnění granulemi nebylo příliš rychlé,
aby se nezdeformovaly mřížky proti hrudkovatění.
Je důležité do násypky plnit kvalitní, sypké hnojivo, aby se distribuční
prvky nezablokovaly.
Je důležité vždy ponechat síto uvnitř násypky, aby se nevytvořily hrudky.
Tento přístroj nesnáší vlhkost, násypku je nutno vyprázdnit na konci
každého dne.
Dbejte na to, aby krycí plachta byla vždy uzavřena, aby do dílů nevnikal
prach, vlhkost nebo jiné (platí pro přepravu, setí i uložení mimo sezónu).
● Platform / step
Do not stand on the platform when loading the hopper or when the
machine is in operation.
Only mount the platform for adjustment or maintenance operations,
making sure that the tractor's engine is switched off.
It is forbidden to mount the step when the planter is raised.
● Delivery of fertilizer
Before use, check that the pipes are not punctured or blocked.
Check that the pipes are not too damp.
Rotate the turbine to dry the pipes before each use.
Adjust the length of the pipes according to the site (be careful of the
telescoping parts, assembly to be done with telescoping parts extended).
● Road transportation
It is important to always observe road safety regulations in force.
Use a tractor which is large enough for operating and transporting a
planter with a fertilizer hopper.
Check before transportation that the platform or step is raised.
During transportation, no person must be on the machine (platform or
step).
Do not drive with the hoppers (fertilizer) filled because of the considerable
weight.
Also, close the distribution unit traps to prevent risk of compression
● Lávka / můstek
Nezdržujte se na lávce během plnění násypky ani pokud běží stroj.
Na lávku vylezte pouze za účelem provádění údržbových prací nebo
nastavení a dejte pozor, aby byl vypnutý motor traktoru.
Je zakázáno lézt na lávku, pokud je secí stroj vyzdvižený.
● Přeprava hnojiva
Před použitím zkontrolujte, zda nejsou trubky děravé nebo ucpané.
Zkontrolujte, zda nejsou trubky příliš vlhké.
Před každým použitím nechte točit turbínu, abyste vysušili trubky pro
vedení hnojiva.
Nastavte délku trubek za účelem umístění (pozor na výsuvné díly,
montáž s vytaženými trubkami).
● Přeprava na silnici
Je důležité vždy dodržovat platná pravidla silničního provozu.
Pro provoz a přepravu secího stroje s násypkou fertilizéru použijte
traktor s dostatečnými rozměry.
Před přepravou zkontrolujte, že lávka nebo můstek jsou zdvižené.
Během přepravy se na stroji nesmí nacházet žádná osoba (lávka či
můstek).
Je důležité, aby při přepravě nebyly plné násypky (fertilizéru) z důvodu
jejich vysoké hmotnosti.
Rovněž uzavřete poklopy distribučních prvků, aby se zamezilo riziku
vysypání.
