2.4.6.1 Function Keys

With the ZEUS road/rail weigh bridge configuration, function keys are assigned as
follows
'First Weighing'
F1 key: 'First Weighing'
'Second Weighing'
F2 key: 'Second Weighing'
'Perform Weighing Operation'
F3 key: 'Single Weighing'
'Repeat Printing of Weighing Report'
F4 key: 'PrintRepeat'
'Record Weight Without Vehicle Empty Weight'
F5 key: 'External Weighing'
Used, e.g. to check vehicle for overload.
'Switch Exit Signal to GREEN without weighing'
F6 key: 'Exit Free'

2.4.6.2 Standard Operating Sequence

This item describes a typical ZEUS Road Weighbridge operating sequence:
GROSS/NET weighing with unknown TARE weight
First / Second Weighing
1. Follow these steps:
•
Put weigh slip into printer.
•
Identify vehicle.
•
Release weighing operation.
•
Print weigh data.
Repeat on outgoing vehicle.
Home position, ZEUS display field:
G 12,50t
Follow these steps:
Press key once (perform first weighing)
